What counts as a contact?
A contact is a person your agent is actively working, and every message in that conversation is included. Plans differ by how many contacts you can work per day and per month, and the contacts add-on raises your allowance by 25% when you need more.
Are SMS and carrier costs included?
Message sending within your plan's allowance is included. There is no separate per-message bill from us. Your dedicated SMS number is included in every plan; extra numbers are $29 AUD per month.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), billed through Stripe.
